Do you provide international delivery?
Yes! We welcome orders from all over the world. You may be subject to your own country's import/customs fees.
How do I return an item?
If you are displeased with your item for any reason them please contact us via our contact page.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 day no quibble returns policy which means that you are free to return and be granted a refund for your order. Only when the item is returned and received will your order be refunded. Postage will be paid if there is a fault with your item or you will be responsible for the postage if there is no fault. Personalised items are exempt if the return reason is 'change of mind' or errors made by the customer.
How long will it take for me to receive my print?
Delivery to the UK is 3-5 working days and the rest of the world
7-10 working days. Please note that these are estimates and there may be an increase due to the demand on postal services (especially at Christmas).
I've made an error when giving the personalisation details for my order. What do I do?
First of all... don't worry! These things happen and you're only human. We only charge the reprint and postage cost for the replacement print of £7. Just contact us via the contact page to arrange this. If your order was a framed product then we'll resupply the print insert for you to slip into the frame that you have there. It's very easy to do but if you would prefer us to do it then you can return it to us to reframe for a small additional fee.
If you made an error supplying the delivery address and your order is returned to us we would need to charge the re-postage cost to get it back out to you with the correct address.
My order hasn't turned up in the promised time...
... Just contact us and we'll chase this up for you!
Who do you use for shipping?
We use Royal Mail for UK shipping and, if international, we use the country's international postal service.
