2. The name of each child (4 max)
3. The name of each pet (optional).
4. Skin tone (Colour Scheme) to use. If nothing is mentioned then we will use Colour Scheme 1 (shown in image 2). If multi-racial then please specify.
5. Nail varnish colour (this will be left a light pink if not specified)
6. Angel wings - see image 2 for a demonstrate of this - to denote a loved one that has passed (optional)
